We would love to have your business be a part of Encinitas Oktoberfest 2016! This is your chance to join in the fun and gain valuable exposure to more than 25,000 local residents and visitors who attend the event each year. The annual Oktoberfest is a community event, emphasizing arts and crafts, authentic refreshments, entertainment, exhibits and Chamber of Commerce businesses.

For 2016, our vendor booths will be coordinated by Kennedy & Associates. Please apply online for your Oktoberfest booth space at https://www.kennedyfaires.com/encinitas/encinitas-oktoberfest

Your information will go to Patty Keller at Kennedy & Associates who is handling this year’s event. Processing of your credit card constitutes acceptance.  Booth space confirmations will be mailed via USPS one month prior to the event.

Please note: To avoid excessive duplication, some vendor types may be limited. Sale of items deemed to be harmful or inappropriate by festival staff is grounds for forfeiture of fees and dismissal from the event. Animals for sale or given away are prohibited. Drugs, weapons, stolen merchandise and explosives are prohibited. Only a space is provided. Vendors must supply their own tents and tables.
